The web assessment asks you what you think. This asks your own AI to go and look.

Connect your assistant to the C4AIL assessment server and it will interview you properly - or, if you point it at your organisation's own governance documents, answer from what it actually finds there and cite it. Your files never reach us.

What you get

• The full instrument, conducted as an interview rather than a form.
• Answers taken from your own documents, with a citation recorded against each one.
• A deterministic result - your Map position and AI Theatre Index. The model never scores; it only reads.

The free tier reports your position, the Index, and how many critical findings were raised. Which findings, where they sit, and the evidence behind each is part of a paid assessment - you will be told exactly what is being withheld rather than left guessing.

A work address, please - this assessment describes an organisation, and a result attached to a personal address is not attached to anything. Everyone at your domain shares one organisation, which is what makes a multi-respondent assessment possible later.

Before you connect

Your AI will ask you two things, and it is worth knowing why:

• Who is authorising this assessment. A named person, not a role. An assessment with nobody attached to it is the exact accountability gap this instrument exists to find, so it will not start without one.
• Whether you may quote your organisation's documents to us. Only if you intend to answer from them. Being able to read a document is not the same as being allowed to share extracts of it with a third party. If you are not sure, say no - the assessment works perfectly well from what you tell it.
